What the price includes
The $999 price includes the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK system, its dedicated faucet, installation at your home, commissioning with a leak check, and the first year's set of filters. The water test beforehand is free and carries no obligation. Any specific situation that could change this amount — pre-treatment for well water, plumbing adaptation, an extra connection — is presented and quoted after the water test, before any work begins.
One-year warranty
The installation and the system are warranted for twelve months from the installation date. If the unit breaks or leaks during that period under normal use, Eausmo repairs it, replaces it or refunds you, at no cost and at its discretion after inspection. The warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing, modification by a third party, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, or failure to maintain the filters.
Reminder service and filter replacement
First-year filters are included. Eausmo contacts you when replacement time approaches and confirms the cost before any intervention. This is a reminder service, not a subscription: there is no commitment, no automatic charge, and you remain free to service the system yourself or through someone else.
Cancellation right
When the contract is concluded away from our place of business — in particular at your home during a visit — you may cancel it at no cost and without having to justify your decision within ten days of receiving your signed copy. Cancellation is made by written notice sent to Eausmo. Amounts paid are refunded and any installed equipment is removed at no charge.
Legal warranty
The warranties described here are in addition to the legal warranty provided by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, which cannot be reduced by contract. That act provides, among other things, that goods must be fit for the purpose for which they are intended and serve for a reasonable length of time.
