Information we collect
When you fill out our booking form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, address, preferred time and message. We attach the page you wrote from, the name of the site that led you there and, if present, the campaign parameters in the address. None of this is collected unless you submit the form.
How it's used
This information is used exclusively to contact you back to schedule your free water test and follow up on your request; the source only tells us which pages bring in requests. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Your request reaches us by email, through the Resend delivery service, and is recorded in our customer management tool, HighLevel (LeadConnector). These providers act on our behalf and may store information outside Quebec. We keep your file only as long as needed to process it, and you may request deletion at any time.
Audience measurement and cookies
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to know which pages are viewed and how fast they load. These tools set no cookies and do not track anyone across sites: they count visits, not people, and build no profile. The only cookie this site sets is NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you read the page in French or English — it contains nothing else, and it is necessary for the site to work.

In accordance with Quebec's Law 25, the person responsible for the protection of personal information at Eausmo can be reached at hello@eausmo.ca. Write to that address with any question about your information — to access it, correct it, withdraw your consent or request its deletion.
