We don't vanish after the installation
In this trade, plenty of people sell a system and never call again. Two years later the customer is drinking through saturated filters without knowing it. That's exactly what our service is built to prevent.
What the service includes
We call you — nothing for you to remember
We record your installation date and your usage, then contact you when replacement time approaches. No calendar to keep, no app to install.
First-year filters are included
They're part of the installation price. You pay nothing extra in year one, and you know exactly when they'll be changed.
12-month warranty on breakage and leaks
If the unit breaks or leaks under normal use during the first year, we repair it, replace it or refund you — at no cost.
An answer within one business day
A question, a doubt about a taste, an unusual noise: one call or email, and we get back to you the next business day.
What to change, and how often
A reverse osmosis system isn't complicated to maintain, but it doesn't maintain itself. Here's the real schedule — the one we follow on your behalf.
| Part | Interval | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-filters (sediment and carbon) | 6 to 12 months | They protect the membrane. Once saturated they stop capturing chlorine and let through the particles that damage the heart of the system. |
| Reverse osmosis membrane | 2 to 3 years | The key component. Its lifespan depends on incoming water quality: hard or iron-rich water wears it faster. |
| Remineralization and polishing filter | 12 to 24 months | It restores minerals and taste. When the water starts tasting flat, this is often the one reaching end of life. |
What the service does not cover
Worth stating plainly: the warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing, by modification from a third party, by use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, or by failure to maintain the filters. And after the first year, filters are billed individually — at a price confirmed in advance, never after the fact. One point that matters if you service the system yourself: the NSF/ANSI 58 certification holds only with the listed cartridges — FP15, FC15, FG15, MC7, FT15 and FA15. A generic cartridge may work, but the unit is then no longer a certified unit.
Questions about maintenance
Eausmo does. We record your installation date and usage, then contact you when replacement approaches — generally between 6 and 12 months for pre-filters. You have no calendar to keep, and the reminder costs nothing: it's a service, not a subscription.
No. No service contract is mandatory and there are no automatic charges. The system is yours: you're free to replace the filters yourself or have someone else do it. Our reminder stays available either way.
Call us. During the first twelve months, breakage or a leak occurring under normal use is covered: we repair, replace or refund at no cost. After that we still come out, at a price confirmed before the work.
Three signs: tap flow drops, the chlorine taste returns, or the water tastes flat. But the calendar remains the most reliable indicator — a saturated filter doesn't always announce itself. That's precisely why we call you instead of waiting for you to notice something.
